The heaviest activity was along and north of Interstate forty as of 5 PM. Snow and sleet accumulations in this area may range from one to two inches per hour in this heavier band. Elsewhere accumulations will be under an inch. Rain fall will range from a few hundredths of an inch...to perhaps two tenths of an inch across extreme southwest Tennessee and northern Mississippi through 7 PM. * Additional sleet and snow amounts will total 1 to 2 inches north
of a Bartlett to Savannah line with less amounts south.
* Snow... sleet... and rain will continue through 8 PM before
switching over to rain.
* Travel will be hazardous tonight.
